• Subscription Verification: The app connects to the App Store only to verify subscription validity
• No Cloud Sync: Your property data never leaves your device
• No Tracking or Analytics: We collect no usage data

3. Data Stored Locally

The app stores the following data on your device only:

• Property information (descriptions, prices, photos, videos)
• Owner information (names, phone numbers, email)
• Customer lead information (names, phone numbers, notes)
• Your office information (office name, contact info, logo)
• Subscription information (subscription status, expiry date) - stored securely locally
• Your last search form (to restore your search preferences)
• App preferences (settings, customizations)

4. Permissions Required

• Camera: To capture property photos (optional)
• Photos: To select photos from gallery (optional)
• Microphone: To record property videos (optional)
• Storage: To save data locally on your device

5. Third-Party Sharing

• Property Data: We do not share property or customer data with any third parties
• Subscriptions & Payments: All payments are processed entirely through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google) according to their privacy policies
• No Tracking: There are no analytics or tracking tools
• No Ads: The app is completely ad-free

6. Data Security

• Local Storage: All data is stored in a local SQLite database
• No Data Transfer: Your data never leaves your device
• Device Security: Your data security depends on your device security
• Backups: You can backup your data through device backup

7. Your Rights

• Access: You can access all your data anytime through the app
• Deletion: You can delete your data anytime through the app
• Export: You can export your data as PDF or Excel files
• Uninstall: Deleting the app deletes all stored data
