• App Preferences: Theme settings (light/dark) and language

2. How We Use Your Data

All data is used locally only to:

• Display and manage your rental contracts
• Send local reminders for contract expiration dates
• Calculate statistics and reports within the app
• Organize and sort contracts according to your preferences

3. Required Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

• Camera (optional): To capture photos of contracts and documents
• Photo Gallery (optional): To select contract images from gallery
• Storage: To save documents and images attached to contracts
• Notifications (optional): To send reminders for contract expiration dates

4. Data Sharing

The only exception:

• When using the "Share" feature to send a contract or document, you have complete control over who you share information with

5. Data Security

We implement the following security measures:

• Data storage in a protected SQLite database on your device
• Reliance on your device's security system (Face ID, Touch ID, passcode)
• No data transmission over the internet
• Local encryption of sensitive data

6. Backup

You can benefit from your operating system's automatic backup services:

• iOS: Backup via iCloud (if enabled in your device settings)
• Android: Backup via Google Drive (if enabled in your device settings)

Note: These are optional services provided by Apple and Google, and we are not responsible for their privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

You have the complete right to:

• Delete all your data from the app at any time (Settings > Clear All Data)
• Export your data (coming soon)
• Full control over permissions granted to the app
• Uninstall the app and delete all associated data

8. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update the privacy policy from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes through the app.
